About project

Kapture is an on-demand service platform that connects customers with representatives through a location-based booking experience. The platform allows users to discover nearby representatives, create bookings, communicate in real time, and manage service sessions seamlessly. It supports dual-role functionality, enabling users to switch between Customer and Representative roles within the same account. The ecosystem includes a Customer App experience for discovering representatives, booking services, making payments, and managing sessions, and a Representative App experience for handling requests, navigating to customer locations, communicating, and managing service activities. By combining real-time booking systems, map-based discovery, in-app communication, and secure transactions, Kapture delivers a streamlined experience for both customers and service representatives.
