No information mentioned on our website may be used in conjunction with any other commercial website or in any other way without our written permission.

If you hire us for the services we offer, you agree to the payment procedure and the amount mentioned in the proposal beforehand. We make dedicated and sincere efforts to deliver your work within the timeframe communicated by us prior to starting the project.

For any kind of support or inquiry, you may contact us via email, phone, Skype, Telegram, or WhatsApp. We operate from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM IST to 9:00 PM IST (8 working hours per day, excluding tea breaks and lunch). Our office remains closed on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th (if applicable) Saturdays of every month. On major Indian national holidays, our working hours may differ, or we may remain closed.

In exceptional scenarios or due to particular reasons, project delivery may take a reasonable amount of additional time, and you agree to allow such time for quality work. We reserve the right to modify the information on our website at any time. To stay updated, please review our website periodically.

Disclaimer Policy

Coders Mind Pvt. Ltd. uses your IP address to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our site. It is also used to collect broad demographic information. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Different services have different cancellation processes. Logo design orders can be canceled within one day of order placement. Website development orders can also be canceled within one day of order placement. If your digital marketing project is under development, cancellation can be requested within two days of order placement.

For ongoing projects under monthly packages, a minimum notice period of one month is required for cancellation.

In the case of cancellation of any project related to website development, design, mobile apps, SEO, or similar services, you will be required to pay for the work completed from the project award date and time up to the cancellation date and time. The remaining amount, after deducting the cost of completed work from the advance payment, will be refunded.

Effort calculation will be based on the total time invested, measured in hours, and charged at $15 per hour. For example, if an advance payment of $500 has been made and 5 hours of work have been completed, the refund amount will be calculated as follows: $500 – ($15 × 5) = $425.

All refunds will be initiated within 7–15 working days. Any delays in processing refunds may occur due to technical difficulties.
